PADI Open Water Diver Certification

Learn to SCUBA Dive and get your PADI Open Water Diver Certification in Victoria, Texas from PADI Master Instructor, Paul Brown.

The course is designed to provide the student with a fun and safe introduction to the sport of Scuba Diving. The Course is made up of classroom study, pool dives and open water dives. PADI Open Water Certification will be awarded to students completing the course.
